Growth & Partnerships Lead
You will own how Museoo grows — from distribution strategy to partnership deals with museum networks, cultural foundations, and tourism boards. A generalist role for someone who is equally comfortable thinking in systems and picking up the phone.
What you will do
You will identify and unlock growth levers: institutional partnerships, co-marketing agreements, integration with ticketing platforms, and anything else that moves the needle. You will also own the pipeline for inbound and outbound leads, working closely with the founders on positioning and messaging.
What we are looking for
You have experience in growth, partnerships, or business development at an early-stage company. You think in channels and compounding loops. You are organised, data-literate, and know how to prioritise when everything feels urgent. A genuine interest in culture or the museum sector is a strong plus.
